Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SmileFun account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
